This is a small, but very important bug fix patch.
- Reverts back OT Rules Change (was causing crashes/stalls)
- Reduce transfers portal activity due to over-populating a single position to a school
We will be working to upgrade the Transfer Portal with all new-logic, and see if we can fix the OT bug. It was working in previous testing! 😦
You do not need to re-install textures if you're already on V13.4, however the newest texture pack does fix the missing field lines and wrist-tape issues.
